Shipping and returns
Fruits & Passion offers delivery throughout Canada and the U.S., other than to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not make any shipments outside Canada or the U.S. Please consult our store locator to find the store nearest you. Fruits & Passion must receive payment in full for online orders before products can be shipped to you. The Fruits & Passion Website accepts all credit cards, prepaid credit cards and bank accounts when paying with your PayPal account. Depending on weight, volume, and destination, shipping fees will vary.
In the United States, shipping is usually free on any order of $60 or more before taxes and after discount.
For orders under $60, shipping fees vary depending on the order (destination) and will appear on the screen before you confirm your order.
During promotions, the minimum threshold for free shipping may be lower than $50. Always validate the shipping fees in the shopping cart before finalizing your order. These promotions are for a limited time and may cease without notice. Delivery times and fees will vary based on the shipment destination. Delivery time calculations are from the shipment’s departure from the Fruits & Passion premises.

Return and Refund Policy
*Items purchased in store must be exchanged or returned in store. Merchandise purchased from the website www.fruits-passion.com cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
We accept Fruits & Passion product exchanges at any time up until the end of the 30th day after the in-store purchase date.
We will issue a refund for any Fruits & Passion products (in their unopen original packaging) within 15 days of the in-store purchase date. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original in-store purchase. We do not issue refunds for trial sizes or gift cards.
*Items purchased online must be exchanged or returned via mail only at the cost of the sender. Merchandise purchased from the website www.fruits-passion.com cannot be exchanged or returned in store. In order to request a return or exchange, you must call our Customer Care team at 1-866-638-8417 or email us through our Contact Us page. We are available from Monday – Friday, 9 :00 am to 5:00 pm EST.

Fruits & Passion will refund the amount charged to the original method of payment selected on PayPal—less shipping costs—within the 15 days of reception. The item(s) must be in the same condition that it was at the time of delivery.
