"I have shopped at your stores for many years and this is my first on line purchase - the diffuser was very cheaply made not of good quality as in store - the product was faulty and when I sent in my grievance and photos I was told I put it in wrong - that is not the truth as I’ve used this product many times in the past - not sure if I was communicating with a human or not but the service was horrible and I was decided not to purchase from this company again - I threw out the diffuser."
