Damaged goods upon delivery
"The coriander and olive tree - 500ml hand soap bottle was a mess when I took it out of the box. . it was packaged loosely in a large box with the 1 litre bottles( which ironically are plastic and in a box) and the spout at the top come open and was squirting the whole time during transit. . the top was also loose and I lost almost half the bottle. . it took me a long time to clean the mess. . also the other 2 - 500 ml bottle were in rough shape. . they too were loosely packaged. . nothing around them and the bottles were in rough shape although none of the soap escaped the bottles. . very dissatisfied with the shipping of my product. . these products are quite expensive and am not a happy customer. . thank you…Donna Golledge"
